VERTICAL WASHER
▪Three pairs of brushes, with one soft brush for Low-E glass.

HORIZONTAL WASHERS
▪Three pairs of brushes, with one soft brush for Low-E glass.
▪Four water tanks.
▪Two pairs of slanted air knives with a blower.
▪Blower placed on top of the machine to save space.
▪Low noise design.
▪From 1600mm-3000mm. For shower glass, furniture glass, automotive glass and architectural glass.
HORIZONTAL WASHER
▪Steel and aluminum chassis.
▪Three pairs of brushes with four water tanks.
▪Heaters in tanks.
▪Three pairs of air knives(two straight and one slanted).
▪Transparent covers on the top for easy inspection of machine running.
▪Tooth belts are used to drive the brushes.
▪For home appliance glass or automotive glass.
HORIZONTAL WASHER
▪Steel and aluminum chassis.
▪Tough structure for heavy duty, like laminated glass or jumbo size architectural glass.
▪Four pairs of brushes and three pairs of air knives.
▪High speed model, max. 12m/min or 16m/min.
▪It can be integrated with edging machines in production line.
▪Double blowers(15/11KW each), when glass size under 1300mm, one blower will stop automatically to save electricity.
DISC BRUSH SERIES
▪Customized configuration through modular design.
▪Motorized glass thickness adjustment.
▪Integration into complete production line.
▪It can be used for glass before coating, eg. building glass or automotive glass.
▪Quantity of the disc brushes or the cylindrical can be customized.

SPONGE WASHER
▪Washing by 4 pairs of brushes.
▪4 pairs of sponge rollers and a blower in the drying section.
▪Strong welded construction with stainless steel cover. All parts that in contact with water are in stainless steel.
▪Universal wheels are equipped for convenient movement.
